Aqua has specially designed and developed Ultra heavy duty, reliable & cost effective import substitution in the form of Submersible Dredging / Slurry Pumpset (PDSJ Series) for the broad spectrum of the Coal Slurry, Mining, Steel & Cement Plants, Thermal Power Plants, Quarry & other Industries Sectors.

The Pumpsets are incorporated with the latest design features like robust construction, oversized shaft, special impeller for homogeneous flow (no solid separation & thus less wear rates) & higher efficiency, larger volute for lower velocities, wider passages, replaceable wear parts, stuffing box designed to minimize slurry flow to primary mechanical seal, built-in agitator, internal cooling etc.

The heavy duty pumps are equipped with an external agitator that breaks down and re-suspends settled or compacted solids, allowing them to easily transfer a very high percentage of solids to water.

The Pumpset construction are most suitable for Fully / Partially / Non Submerged conditions for operation via inbuilt convection Cooling System through pumped liquid passing around the motor housing.
